Communicate Your WHY

Communicate the WHY to your customers. Let your purpose be known. Call it a business statement, your ethos, your mission statement...I don't care what you call it.  But have purpose and intent behind your brand and share that with those who encounter it.  Put it on public display.  Make it known that this is why you do what you do.  And if you haven't given this any real thought - it's about time you start.
