Brandon Cullen brings an edgy fitness approach to the valuable experience he's earned as a professional athlete, personal trainer, gym owner and now Founder and CEO of MADabolic Inc. Having trained under elite NHL systems (including the New York Rangers, the New York Islanders and the Pittsburgh Penguins), his strength and conditioning knowledge is first rate and extensive.

Convinced that personal fitness was essential to his hockey career, he immersed himself in the fundamental elements of Interval Weight Training (IWT), Power Lifting and Endurance. He also practiced the unusual movement patterns of Muay Thai, Boxing and Aikido.

With MADabolic Inc., Brandon has merged his formal and informal fitness education to co-create a uniquely distinct and effective product. While his various certifications and hands-on experience are markers of his expert qualifications, his enthusiastic approach to living and spreading the MADlifestyle speaks just as loudly about his passion for fitness.

After years as a software developer, marketing specialist and product manager in the education space, Tebaldi expanded into TV and sports media. From growing and developing the brand and digital presence of a new sport, to creating and growing the software to assist in the discovery of new talent, his broad task list only strengthed his understanding of the fitness space.

flexx is a bold and brilliant by-product of Tebaldi's career as a developer, trainer, manager, and relationship builder. He has a natural ability to coach, listen, and understand a client's why as well as to anaylze a business, envision a product development roadmap, and make it happen in a way that exceeds expectations.

Stuart Brauer is a 15-year student of strength and conditioning, and he was fortunate to find CrossFit in 2006. Since then he's dedicated his life to building a fitness business simply based on the pursuit of excellence.

From humble beginnings making three figures and running park workouts to owning a million dollar gym, he's now ventured into business consulting for gym owners looking to chase their dream.

Mike started his professional career as an Infantry Officer with the US Marine Corps, where he participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan. Upon finishing his military service, Mike returned to school and completed a full-time MBA at Georgetown University.

Mike's business experience began as a Strategic Business Development Analyst in 3M, where he consulted on strategic marketing projects within 3M's operating divisions, and ultimately acted as a Brand Marketer in 3M's Home Care Division.

Mike's passion for business and making people fitter combined in his first entrepreneurial venture, when he opened the first CrossFit Affiliate in St Paul, MN, in 2009. He grew his CrossFit business to four locations throughout the Twin Cities and operated the largest CrossFit business in Minnesota. Mike and his partners exited the CrossFit business in 2018 by selling the business to CrossFit operators who continued their operations under the same business names.

Mike's next venture, Alchemy365, was an evolution of his learnings from the fast growing boutique group fitness market, and his intimate knowledge of training methodologies. Combining elements of yoga, strength training, and high-intensity conditioning, Alchemy is a unique group fitness offering that launched its first studio in the North Loop of Minneapolis in March, 2015. Mike and his founders have since opened six locations, including their first Denver location in September, 2018, with plans to continue growth as a national boutique fitness concept.

Mike is also an EOS Implementer and has a passion for helping fellow entrepreneurs get their business on track for sustainable growth. Mike has three children, Jack, Elena, And baby Alex.

Owner of Vitality Fitness, Steve has been an affiliate owner for coming up on 10 years. However, in 2014, Steve started to have a bigger vision - a 50,000 sqft facility, a new brand name and an additional program (EvoFit) that would eventually become his flagship fitness solution. Beyond creating a boot camp that actually because a standalone business, Steve will share how he went about building one the largest facilities in the world.

Well first off, I have a bad ass wife Jessica and am a father of 2 awesome kids Jon 12 and Mia 9. I love coaching my kids little league teams and motivating those little bastards with kindness and love and yelling really loud like really loud...

During the summer months we try to go out to the Uinta mountains or the sand dunes camping a couple times per month keeping my neck really red. I love riding my dirt bikes and wresting with dudes to blow off steam.

John Briggs is a CPA and founder of Incite Tax. He has worked in all sorts of financial positions throughout his career with now his distinguished status of being a Tax Genius with over 12 years' experience in the tax and accounting space.

He has worked with CrossFit Affiliates since 2011 and specializes in the microgym arena knowing the best financial tactics, cash management systems, and tax strategies that apply to their businesses.

He focuses on helping migrogyms grow predictable profitability and escape the fear of being a slave to their business. John believes the IRS sucks and with proper system of tax strategies and cash management gym owners can run a healthy & profitable business perpetually.

I'm a serial entrepreneur who loves fruity pebbles but also enjoys captain crunch.

I was a diesel mechanic in The Marine Corps, a financial adviser twice, a farmers insurance agency owner, and I worked for my family's uniform business where I managed the Federal Bureau of Prisons contract nationwide. More recently I was a CrossFit gym owner turned branding, marketing and apparel entrepreneur. My experience in various industries has allowed me to grow MDI into what it has become today and is helping us continue to take the company to new heights.

After coming back from deployment with the US Army in 2008, Holiday began his functional fitness career. He sustained an injury to his Achilles in 2011 while training for The Games that diverted his path from athletic self-mastery to one of service in 2011 while training for The Games . He explored the teachings of world philosophies, religions, nutrition, and modern sciences and dove head first into coaching and business development. There, he was confronted with the common challenges of athletes plateauing in their progress and/or sustaining injuries plus, not to mention member retention, acquisition and staff disengagement issues on the business side .

After a few challenging years, several a-ha moments, and thousands of hours of research and development, he and his business partner Sean Buck created a system for gyms who are unwilling to compromise on the quality and integrity of their service. Clay Ferrer is the founder of Rigquipment Finance, a nationwide small business lender focused exclusively on the fitness industry. Since launching in late 2013, Clay and the team at Rigquipment have interacted with nearly 2,000 existing or prospective gym owners and have deployed over $15 million of capital to help microgym owners open or expand their facilities.

Prior to making the entrepreneurial jump, Clay graduated with a degree in Finance from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and spent five years working at Milestone Advisors, an investment bank focused on advising specialty lending businesses and middle market financial services companies. During his five years at Milestone, Clay participated in completed capital raising and M&A transactions totaling more than $600 million of deal value and comprising over $45 billion of underlying assets, including his role as project manager for the sale of ~$200 million of single family residential mortgage assets on behalf of the FDIC.

At the end of 2012, Milestone was acquired by Houlihan Lokey, a leading global investment banking and restructuring firm, where Clay continued with the group until resigning to start Rigquipment Finance. Clay is also a CF-L2 Trainer, USAW-L1 Sports Performance Coach, and has been part of the coaching staff at Ballston CrossFit in Arlington, Virginia for the last seven years. This experience laid the foundation for Rigquipment Finance and Clay's desire to help strengthen and expand the broader fitness community.
